If a truce can be defined as making peace with the world around you, West Ham Boxing club in east London is a good place to start.
Young boys turn anger and frustration into something positive through boxing. They are part of a long tradition that is often misrepresented as a bloody primitive sport.
The activity is violent but how do the young boxers feel before and after a fight? How are they seen by their peers? How has the sport helped them to make peace with the world? And what drew them to it in the first place?
This film shows the detail of the lives behind the gloves and faceguards and explore how this harsh sport affects their spirits.
